Living Hope Story

Living Hope Bible Fellowship began because of the burden and vision that God gave its senior pastor, Dr. Sonny Acho. The vision and burden of Dr. Acho is to plant a church where people from any ethnic group will feel free to worship and be equipped to reach the world for Christ.

In the fall of 2005, the burden to plant became so strong that Dr. Acho began praying, fasting, and asking God for a team of leaders who would help him in seeing this vision become a reality. God immediately began answering prayers, directing him to men and women who were encouraging and supportive.

January 1, 2006, a core group began to meet in preparation for the church plant. On April 9, 2006, by God's grace, Living Hope Bible Fellowship church held its first public worship service in North Dallas.
